More information on upcoming
St. Augustine Florida events:
Dear Paddle Tennis Players of all ages:
A mini-meeting was held at Bill Brother’s Atlantic
Beach & Tennis Club in late January, and the overwhelming majority of
attendees thought it would be very to produce a fairly concrete schedule of
tournaments for 2003.
The 3rd Annual Patty Shrader Memorial Tournament
Kathy Drake will again be the Tournament Director and
has been gracious enough to move the date to March 29th
at Treaty Park.
The Aldo Burga Invitational (727-464-2054, Aldo)

open!
The 3rd Annual Memorial Day
Weekend Tournament – on the Beach – a
tradition.
Sally Romick will again be Director of this
popular tournament. Remember: Beach tournaments are lots more work – any
effort you put forth is that much less a burden on the Director. See you
May 24th and 25th – exact location to be
determined. Mixed Doubles Tournament that Friday night the 23rd.
June Tournament that still needs to be
nailed down – Midnight Madness (that starts about 8 p.m.)
Two divisions are
formed for both men & women, rotate players each 10 game pro-set, and keep
track of how many games you win in total to determine the champions.
The
Character Counts Tournament
Undoubtedly be the hottest weekend of the summer
– July 26th – it’s a tradition!
